Mostly positive as mentioned above. The only negative was the market knowledge; the recommended and estimated rental value was far lower than I had anticipated. I was intimated $800-850 but initially I was thinking the low $900's. I took the recommendation on board and compromised on $880. I feel that I have been vindicated by the number of inspection groups and 9 applications in the first weekend. My suggestion is that the leasing consultant takes the trouble to see and feel the property instead of just comparing houses with similar specification (eg 4X2). Unfortunately, the property manager was on leave, otherwise she (Donna) could have been part of the conversation.
