Not the quality of service we would like.

Dealing with so many people when trying to deal with this company is a frustrating and time wasting exercise. We have been use to dealing with one person for finding the tenant, sorting out work orders or discussing finances, this experience of one separate person for each job is really frustrating. The communication could be better. We would not recommend this company if you are a landlord. We have had rentals for years and never felt like this before.
