Reliable and Efficient Agency!

This is my 1st time with Xceed Real Estate and I used to have really bad experiences with house rental agencies prior. I have only been communicating with Rhiannon & Telissa. Both of them are efficient in replying emails. It has been difficult getting them on the phone no doubt, but they reply the email within a day or two! Also, getting our keys and moving in so far has been a breeze! They are so creative in making the videos to show us information regarding moving in. The APP has been really useful in lodging maintenance report and Rhiannon responds to these reports within 1-2 hours which is impressive and got the repair done within the next 4 hours of reporting! I am impressed thus far. I have only gotten the keys for 3 days so far and I have not moved in totally yet so I certainly hope this impressive service keeps up!
