Hello. I am from Sydney, and this is my first time renting a place. The Agent in charge of the property was extremely professional and did all necessary communication with my accountant in Sydney because I had work commitments. Transferring the keys was also stress-free and Harvey met me in the City which was more convenient for me - rather than attending the real estate office to pick up the keys.
