He's a Legend.

Joe has over the past eighteen months sold three properties for us in Perth all with excellent results. If you need a tradesman Joe has one on speed dial for you, whether it be a plumber, electrician, gas fitter, gardener, fencing contractor, brick layer, arborist, painter, etc... they will attend your property promptly and fix anything that is required to get the property looking great and have everything in working order. Our last sale on our first open house we had seventeen offers in less than twenty-four hours and had sold and settled our property in Ellenbrook in just over six weeks for a price about 80k over what we thought we would get. Our only problem with Joe is that we haven't got anymore properties in Perth for him to sell.
