Hands-on and great communication!

Steven was very easy to deal with from the start. He took the time to meet with us after hours, which really suited me due to work, and clearly explained his plan for selling my house. Throughout the process, Steven kept us updated on home opens, buyer interest and feedback. He was able to achieve a sale price much higher than I had expected, which we were very happy with. What stood out most was that Steven stayed involved from the start right through to handover. He even helped organise an electrician and plumber to rectify issues picked up during the final inspection, which made the process much less stressful. At no point did we feel like Steven was just trying to get the first offer accepted. He genuinely worked on our behalf, went back and forth with buyers, and pushed to get the best possible sale price.
