A great guy , friendly and easy going

We put an offer in on a place without seeing the property, our offer was higher than all other offers and he asked us to come and see the place before the offer was presented, he met us at the property at 8.15 pm on a Saturday night for an inspection and we signed up on the spot. He has a great knowledge of the Balcatta area and the housing market. We left feeling like we’d known him forever. Super helpful with all aspects of the sale correspondence and requirements, he always called us to make sure we had no questions, just made our transition into our new home so easy.
