World-class service, relentless work ethic, and absolute integrity - That’s Joe Da Mata!

We cannot recommend Joe Da Mata highly enough! From day one, he was professional, composed, and incredibly easy to work with. Communication was clear and honest at all times, with realistic expectations set from the outset - No hype, no pressure, no smoke and mirrors. Joe’s work ethic is genuinely exceptional. Within hours of the property hitting the market, he had multiple private inspections organised, followed by several written offers the very next morning. His follow-up was meticulous and relentless, ensuring every inquiry was pursued and no opportunity left unexplored. It was clear he was doing everything possible to extract the best outcome for us as sellers. When final inspections uncovered a number of issues that needed addressing, Joe handled the entire process seamlessly. He took the time to properly understand the faults, sourced multiple contractors, obtained quotes, coordinated the works, and saw everything through to completion. All we needed to do was approve the plans and pay - An enormous weight lifted from our shoulders. Multiple times whilst we were selling the property, work commitments had us interstate AND we were also trying to purchase our new house at the same time...
