Agent that covers all bases

After 11 years I wanted to sell my unit and needed an agent I could trust as I am away from home travelling a fair bit. Initial interview went well and she showed me some areas of marketing that I had not previously considered. She also displayed how determined she was to get my business and sell my unit. Whilst unit on the market had a issue arise that was up to the strata company to fix and as I was heading off on a trip I had to leave it to Tracy to negotiate the fixing of the problem. The problem was successfully fixed but took some time with the unit off the market. The eventual sale price was below that advertised but was above my expectation due to very good settlement terms negotiated by Tracy.
