Andrew from the first time I met him until the sale of the house he was oustanding. He was at the beginning a great communicator until the end (every day he would either call or e-mail or text me with progression of sale). At the beginning when I first asked him to sell my property,I thought he knew his profession well BUT as I write this review I now KNOW that he certainly does. At the Auction of the house he tried to get every dollar for the sale. I have been to other auctions and they tended to sell quickly but I witnessed the perceverence resulted in overall sale well above the reserve. He showed that he CARES for his clients.
