Andrew is definitely in the top 10% of real estate agents from my experience as a repeat customer. He works hard, determined & professionally to meet the needs of both sellers & buyers. However, I find Andrew and the team at Xsell Property are able to do the extra effort that only top agents do. Moreover, Andrew also has natural charisma that compliments his sales & marketing skills. This helps make the stressful experience of buying or selling real estate a little smoother. My only regret is not doing the fun and very affordable marketing video to help show the best features of the property. It is recommended as it can help open the imagination of purchasers. I have interacted with many agents over the past 30 years and definitely recommend Andrew Kyriacou at Xsell Property as a top 10% agent. Hence, there is a good reason for winning several awards.
