A cut above the rest
Andrew Kyriacou has redefined the way i think about selling a property. Selling a home can be a stressful, trying time filled with many questions, negotiations and decisions that can potentially be life changing. Finding someone to sell your property who understands the best way to maximize your results in creative ways, always speaking truthfully, being in the same page and respecting the trust and responsibility placed in them has been an amazing experience. In Andrew i found an Agent who was motivated and roaring to go from the very beginning. He not only met my extremely high expectations but completely exceeded them. Andrew has assembled such a fantastic team in XSell Property that provide such professionalism from the moment you enter their office and shake hands until well after the hammer has struck down by the auctioneer. He was always available to answer any queries, provided great insight by bringing his huge experience to the table and together we achieved a result that exceeded all of our expectations. I simply cannot wait to recommend him to my friends and colleagues when it comes to their time to sell. When deciding on who would be right to sell my property, i made the wise choice by not basing my decision solely on price, but rather who had the most experience, motivation, energy, captivating ideas and trust. Awesome Agent
I met Andrew when I was selling another property a few years ago, I was so impressed I looked for him when I wanted to sell my investment property. Not only did I find him excellent value for money, I also found his knowledge of marketing and sales excellent. His support through out the sales process was extremely supportive and reassuring. Andrew kept me informed on a daily basis about all the reviews on my property good and bad. He also liaised all communications with prospective buyers . I would recommend X Sell and have done to a couple of friends.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE SERVICE AND RESULT!
It is without a shadow of a doubt that I recommend Andrew Kyriacou and the Xsell team to anyone looking to sell their home or property. Andrew and the Xsell team are world class both in terms of the highest level of customer service that we received and the expediency of the most amazing sale result! Andrew sold our property within 4 days of the first open and for more than $20K above our expectations - and we were emotionally optimistic of the price we wanted! The honesty that Andrew lives by comes through in how he treated us from the first moment and has continued well beyond the sale! Nothing is too hard for him and he is always so happy to speak to my wife or myself and explain things we may not be sure about and give us a boost of encouragement every time we speak. He has an amazing positive energy about him! We love it! His skills as an agent are literally world class. He is well researched and shares his knowledge openly. His negotiation skills are obviously incredible given the initial offer he received and where he was able to work it up to. Our jaws hit the ground when he told us the price and terms he had secured! A Professor in Real Estate, a Wizard in making dreams come true
As a first time vendor, we have interviewed many real estate agents to ensure our property sells quick and for the top dollar. All of them had a similar style and text book like approach, boring! When we met Andrew, it was like someone just opened the balcony door and let the sunlight and fresh air. I am a top sales person in my industry, and Andrew has all the techniques and reasoning that only the best influencers in this industry would implement. The way he spoke was with purpose and educational. He didn't flash an unattainable sale price to win my business. Instead, he described to us the journey he would take potential buyers through, how he would generate the excitement and trust. His attention to details and subliminal marketing techniques are impressive. He dared to be different and that made him inspirational. Spoken like a toastmaster, energy like Tony Robbins, and helpful like a friend. He was far from any real estate agents we know. We placed our full trust in Andrew, taking in every suggestions he made and walked the path he laid before us. In the end, we were rewarded with our property being sold at our dream price within 24hrs of our FIRST Open!!! After the sale, we were not forgotten and left as just another notch on his belt. Don't go to anyone else!
Andrew was a fantastic agent who made the process of selling our home so easy! He was so helpful, straight forward and easy to work with! We sold our home in one open and 6 days and we know that was because of Andrews experience, expertise, and his fantastic rapport with both vendors and buyers! Pleasure to deal with
I had been keeping in touch with Andrew for months prior to the purchase while monitoring the market. He was friendly and helpful, always offering good honest advice. Fortuitously Andrew had this outstanding property that he was managing the sale of. Andrew was great to deal with, relaying communications, negotiating efficiently and in the end I was able to celebrate my purchase with a bottle of champagne and my very own Xsell property teddy bear!
