I chose Andrew as my real estate agent to sell my property because he was enthusiastic and thinks outside the square from a marketing perspective generating a first offer that was above expectations however this offer unfortunately fell through due to finance at short notice prior to settlement. However Andrew rebounded in a positive manner and was able to secure a formidable bid with the second showing: All in all would recommend Andrew to sell your home.

Andrew and his team has made the sale of the house easy! I should say it was a very competitive market at the moment when we were selling but this never put them down. Andrew is professional, always made me feel like I was the only client he had, although he has over 20 that he's selling at the moment. He negotiated an above average sales price for the area and always had a back up plan when the first two offers fell through due to finance. I'm glad they did, because the third offer was the best offer :-) I can't recommend Andrew enough. He is passionate, driven and delivers great results. You will be glad to have him on your team!
