first he come and made a few suggestions, and call a few investors, he got a few low offers, then l start doing some reno, after two week Andrew comeback took a few photos, and new offers come in, He negotiate and the deal was reach,(no advertising, no opening) good job Andrew

We had been searching for the perfect property for our daughter for the last 6 months or so. Many offers declined, many agents that talk the talk and try all the tricks in the book, trust me we've seen the worst of the industry in that short time. We were absolutely delighted to find not only the perfect property that ticked all of our boxes, but an agent that was professional, prompt, up front, and was happy to have an honest and factual discussion without all the smoke and mirrors. Unfortunately, with our purchase the vendors were unable to fix some items we brought to their attention after the building inspection (which was disappointing, particularly when we paid well over the asking price) but Andrew was prompt in his dealings back and forth between all parties and tried to negotiate a better outcome. At all times we were kept in the loop and weren't left waiting for answers. Sure it wasn't the ideal outcome, but we were satisfied with Andrew's professionalism with our requests. Also to note, Andrew has an excellent team behind him at XSell. We requested a further inspection at the property before cooling off and this was no problem at all. It was a small time frame and he was booked up but there was no hesitation in a colleague assisting for us to view the property at short notice. All dealings with every staff member at Xsell has been 10/10. If you are looking for the 'A Team' to buy or sell your next property, give Andrew and his team a call, you won't be disappointed!
