As a landlord I would not recommend engaging with the company, if you are looking for someone to take care of your property and provide a level of good service. For them it is all about putting someone in the property at high rental prices so they can get the max commission. They even do not hire quality and reliable repairers, from my experience the one's they hired had to come and do return jobs as it was not done probably. It is really hard to get in touch with them when you need things done from them which are pending when you decide to leave them.
