Choosing our agent was an easy decision as Xynergy Realty has managed properties for us for years. That said, selling a property is still a big thing and Kial made it easy. He recommended, and put us in touch with a conveyancer, did a great job with the marketing and sold the property in the first weekend for a price at the top of the advertised range. In my view, selling Australian real estate is always hard. It is more difficult when I live overseas. I have to put my property entirely in Kial’s hand. He has acted professionally along the way. His estimated market price was accurate. Not being tech-savvy, I am glad to have Kial assisted me to make my remote property sale smooth sailing. Through Kial’s new generation marketing approach ( I am a bit old-fashioned), the property was presented to a good audience. I know Kial has worked hard to convert contacts into a sale. Kial was very easy to deal with. To start with you he came to our place (other side of the city) and we went through the options. Everything was explained, the steps along the way, the costs and hoo we would stay in contact. The property was not quick to sell, we had a minimum price and we stuck with this. Kial did not try to have us sell for less. He was diligent with continuous open days and kept us informed of potential interest. He demonstrated a very good understanding of the local market and was good at following up with potential buyers. He kept us informed long the journey. The place was eventually sold for what we wanted and this was largely due to Kial's professionalism and persistence.
