To say Siobhan was an incredible agent is a complete understatement of her skills and abilities. Siobhan is absolutely a cut above the rest and has made home ownership a smooth and enjoyable process. Like most FHB's we spent countless weeknights and evenings inspecting properties in various suburbs, price brackets and house types to build up an understanding of what we wanted, budget could afford and how the buying process worked. Most occasions, we were treated by other agents with rudeness, pushiness and at times were even completely ignored when mentioning we were FHB, almost like we were more of a nuisance than a potential buyer (until they asked what our pre-approval was and then it turned into almost daily phone calls pushing us to overcapitalise!). Siobhan was a breath of fresh air – she was warm and respectful and could see we were absolutely amazed by the property. She was open and honest about the sellers intention, about the price range that it would go for and did not try to squeeze every last cent from us hoping to nab us on the fact we were obviously loving the house. Being a close resident herself, Siobhan was so informative about the area and gave us peace of mind about the growth and security in the suburb. Something that no other agent did, Siobhan asked us to come into Yard at the end of a busy Saturday so she could sit down with us and walk us through making an offer properly. She ensured that our expectations were realistic and well informed. Not only that, Siobhan presented the offer that evening, which was subsequently accepted within a few hours. Throughout the entire process from offer to settlement, Siobhan had an incredible and personal touch on her approach to realty and should be considered by any owner/buyer wanting an enjoyable and professional experience. We love our house too much to ever consider selling, and we may not be buying our next property for many years, but if we ever do we would absolutely seek out Siobhan only.
