Honest and Helpful

Clare's Advice to Achieve Maximum Return Was Spot On

Clare Hickey-Shand and her team at Yard Property recently assisted with the sale of my property in East Fremantle. From start to finish Clare provided a professional, supportive, and friendly service. I obtained quotes from two real estate agents in the area, both were similar. I also checked the ‘realestate.com’ site for a guide of what may be achievable. I decided to go with Yard Property who stayed in contact with me for months while I dithered over whether to sell or not. Clare’s advice on small improvements to achieve maximum return on the sale were spot on. Selling a property, after owning it for more than 40 years, was naturally quite stressful but Clare and her team made the whole process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
