Andrew always makes you feel Comfortable and his confidence and easy going nature makes his dealings fun yet very very professional I remember buying my first home from Andrew a few years ago. My experience then was nothing but a pleasure and my recent sale and new purchase has been no different. Real estate agents generally dont have a good reputation and are always caught out in their lies, BUT Andrew and his team at YVP are quite the opposite. From the minute I called to get a valuation and look at selling, to the minute we decided to sell and exchanged I was given nothing but exceptional service, honesty and very helpful and honest advice. I was kept in the loop the entire process and every time I called with a question, Andrew and his office staff answered the phones, or I had a call back that same day.....AND our home was listed for no more than 5 days before we accepted an offer that was in the ball park of what we needed to get. I also have my rental property managed through these guys and Loren is an absolute pleasure to deal with too. Being a family run business, you can really see the personal touches and approaches in all aspects of their business. Again everything is easy, I am always kept in the loop and nothing is ever too much trouble Their are a number of agents in town and I have had dealings with some in the past, and I can honestly say that Andrew and the Yass valley Property team will always be my number one choice.
