We were in a position were we not only had to sell our house but had tenants in it that needed a new home. The rental team at YVP were fantastic in working with both us and the tenants to find them a home once we had buyers lined up. I cannot thank Karen and her team enough. We bought our off them in 2013, had them manage it form 2019 to 2025 and sold it with them in 2025. Exceptional service the entire time. Highly recommend them.

We approached several agent well ahead of putting our property on the market, we assessed character, professionalism, consistency, approach, value, advice quality and analysed properties on the market, sold and turnover times. Considering the cost of an agent, these factors were important to us. You might think all agents are the same and buyers will enquire no matter the agent, this isn't correct at all and we found some agents dishonest, out of touch, difficult to work with or just plain clumsy. Karen was not one of these... she was professional, likable, honest, and went the extra mile. We sold our house above what some other agents valued our house at, i have no doubt that purchasers found Karen a delight to work with which contributed to a very positive experience.
