Karen was honestly amazing. She went above and beyond in every way possible to help us sell our house. She even organised our trades to do a minor repair while we were away on holidays! We considered and met with all agents in the Yass region as well as some in Canberra. We actually had a competing agent ask us what Karen was asking for in commission and offered to beat it. I personally think this speaks volumes about how good she is at her job! She sold the house 2 days after the first inspection an instantly got us our asking price! No haggling required. This made the incredibly stressful process of preparing the house for sale worthwhile. Thank you Karen! We will see you in 18 months time when we sell up again to move interstate.
