Yianni and his team were very professional and were always available, working with us, and answering any questions along the way. This made the sale of our property a seamless process. They have extensive knowledge of the area and the market and ensured a positive outcome.

I have bought and sold many properties over the years and dealt with many good agents. Yianni still easily stands out. Yianni is obviously highly intelligent, has incredible attention to detail, has exceptional communication skills, follows up on everything you ask of him, has an exceptional knowledge of the market and the Sunshine Coast area and is very likeable, genuine and honest. Yianni deserves his amazing reputation that he and his team have built. I first met Yianni around 3 years ago and Ive had no doubt since then that Yianni would be the agent I would use to sell my property.

This is now my third review for Yianni and his team. In May 2021 I purchased a unit with Yianni Mooney Property and after being so impressed with his professionalism, chose Yianni as Selling Agent for the sale of an investment property in June 2024. On both occasions I praised Yianni and his team for their efficiency, promptness, professionalism, knowledge of the market, and for their clear and consistent communication every step of the way. Now after the sale of a further property with Yianni, I can only repeat this praise as my previous experiences and assessments have been confirmed. It has been a pleasure working with Yianni and his team - Theona Abram and Katrina Hansen. Thank you Yianni and team!

Yanni and his team took us on a one month a new Auction campaign after a long period being unable to sell elsewhere. His relentless campaign was nothing short of 100%. His engagement with us and I am sure with the buyers resulted in a great day for both of us. Would recommend Yanni's team to any seller wanting 100% effort in their selling campaign.

I was impressed with Yianni's professionalism from the start. His knowledge of the local property market is second to none and his positivity and confidence is contagious. Communication throughout the sale process was brilliant, I was kept up to date with all negotiations and Yianni put me at ease many times during the sale process. Yianni was born to sell real estate, he has found his true calling and I am grateful for the hard work of Yianni and the staff at Yianni Mooney Real Estate in selling my home.
