We weren’t expecting to sell our family home but after the devastating 2022 floods we made the difficult decision to sell our home which had been in the family since the 1940s. Connie and Glenn were our first point of contact and the rest is history. Our home sold within the first 10 days of going to market. Connie and the team at Youngs & Co were amazing throughout the whole process. Our home was advertised online and in the local news paper and photos taken were a true representation of our home and they looked amazing. Our home was unique and couldn’t be compared with other sales so we had to test the market and see how we went. The first family through brought it. Our settlement day is almost here and we have purchased a 2 acre property just 30mins from Shepparton. Room for our grankids to run wild, ride their motorbikes or have a fish in the channel but most of all we are looking forward to some peace, quiet and tranquility.
