I would use Nick again in a heart beat. Selling my property from interstate was made all the easier by his proactive approach to all aspects of the sale, especially when little issues arose. Real estate agents can get a bad rap and for me it is a hard decision to feel comfortable in choosing one - which is why I am writing this review and would recommend Nick to anyone, to make it a bit easier. Nick Kruger has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, from beginning to end. He was the sales agent who sold us the property, and he was extremely accommodating, showing us the property twice in one day, and being willing to attend the property again the next day (a Sunday) if need be due to my partner being ill on the Saturday. We were so impressed with Nick's professionalism, and the fact that he was honest and did not run the hard sell, that when we purchased the property, we took Nick on as our managing agent. We live interstate, and between exchange and settlement, Nick attended the property numerous times on our behalf, having work done, such as the installation of 2 new air con units, new stair rails being installed, and curtains erected in the master bedroom. Nick and his contacts took care of all of this for us, and we did not have to make a single trip to the property after the time of initial inspection. Nick communicates very effectively, both via phone and in writing. Nick always responds to emails promptly and actions them in a very timely manner. I could not recommend Nick highly enough for both sales and property management in the geographical span that his business covers. One of the best agents we have ever dealt with, in 17 years of property investing.

Our house was not straightforward to sell, given its age and pool problems, but Nick proved very conscientious, hardworking and positive in attracting potential buyers as we were becoming rather despondent as time went by. His communication skills were excellent and he kept us all the time in the loop as well as being honest (both with us and prospective buyers) about the house's attractions and drawbacks.
