Nick has been a gem of an agent from the beginning. He even made pre-sales visits and advised what to change, replace, fix around house to showcase the property. This is with no assurance on my side that I will go with him. Generous at that. He never gave up even when it was rainy and wet and still continued the open house in bad weather.
