Tanya Really Was My Ideal Agent
Tanya was really knowledgeable and professional when taking me through the step by step process with regards to marketing my apartment. She was always contactable and answered my many questions and was really confident and upbeat about a positive outcome. My apartment was sold within a week for the initial asking price and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use her services again when it comes to real estate and I would thoroughly recommend her to others who are wanting to buy a property or sell their property.

Impeccable service. Great experience.
Tanya's communication and service were exceptional. Tanya maintained a regular communication throughout the process. Tanya had to navigate this sale through a tenant and property manager and managed this part of the sale brilliantly. Her advice and knowledge of the market and area were excellent and she was able to ensure the best result for me as the seller, especially in a difficult market

A Rare Find
When you find the rare commodity of Customer Service ,you are pleasently surprised. Something is lacking in today's business World and that is "The customer is King" Not so with Tanya Murphy! As our propertty needed extra attention it was never an issue with Tanya. The sale was made ,furniture needed to be sold/moved/disposed of and Tanya stepped in and took care of it for us. Fantastic Agent
Tanya is a fantastic agent, willing to go that extra mile for her customers. The sale of our property took a while to find the right person to buy the property but Tanya handled it like a star! She was professional, and at times the process was challenging for her but she took it all in her stride and displayed nothing but professionalism though out the whole process. Through out the whole settlement process she was in contact and even after settlement rang to congratulate us on everything going through.

Great Agent
Tanya was very easy going and friendly at our first meeting. She made me feel at ease with the whole home purchasing experience as it was all very overwhelming for me. I felt at any time I could ring Tanya and ask questions and she made herself available whenever I needed her help. Tanya was professional and is very knowledgeable throughout all aspects of the process. She is genuine and nothing was too much trouble. I would absolutely use Tanya again and recommend her to my friends and family should they require an agent in the future.
