We’ve found Evgeni to be very responsive to and accommodating of our requests for additional information and our need for additional private inspections. As he was also the property manager, he proved to be a great asset to us with his knowledge and experience of the property. I was particularly impressed when he set up a 3-way conference call with the strata manager of the building complex so that I could ask all the questions I had about the financials, future plans for the building etc.

The sale of my deceased Mother's home unit was conducted in unusual circumstances as I, the Executor of my Mother's estate, was overseas for the entire process.
