Fantastic result.
Hayley is truly an outstanding agent with high integrity. At no stage did she pressure us into taking a lower offer, and fought for us all the way to achieve our asking price. As we were also listed with another agent it would have been tempting for her to try to rush us to take her early offer, therefore I would fully recommend her in the future.

Great experience buying in a niche area
Hayley was professional, courteous and very easy to work with as a buyer. She went above and beyond the normal duties associated with real estate, due to some protracted moving situations with border lockdowns. Hayley is very easy to work with, and communicates extremely well. The house exceeded expectations and we are extremely happy with the purchasing process, house and location. To top it off, a gorgeous gift basket was delivered the day after we moved in. Thanks!
