From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure to work with Nathan and his team. Moving from a different state and not knowing the market, we found Nathan to be really helpful with all our questions, even going above and beyond by supplying us with excellent tradies to complete a indoor renovation we required after our purchase. He even suggested some more modern design alterations which we are taking onboard. Nathan is a fun genuine agent who is very approachable and available for all queries. Nathan was very good at explaining the whole buying process which can be stressful but we found with him to be far more enjoyable. We would have no problem in recommending Nathan to anyone and do hope our paths cross again.

In my opinion, Nathan was experienced and professional. He worked for us as sellers but was genuine and thoughtful to potential buyers too. He wasn't just there to sell a house quickly or pressure us, using old real estate tactics but also worked on building relationships in a way that came off as more sincere. He still wants to sell and he has that business savvy instinct too. He just uses it in a more approachable , down to earth manner. I think the industry here could do with a few more Nathan style agents as my experience with other agents here just didn't feel like they genuinely care about the people involved in the transactions.
