Shannon knows the art of selling. He is great at qualifying buyers (you don't want to deal with the tyre kickers), and he knows how to overcome objections - focusing prospects on the benefits of your property, not its perceived shortcomings. It is remarkable how many agents have NO CLUE about these sales skills. Finally, Shannon stuck to our agreed price range. Most agents don't. I really wish we had started our sales journey with Shannon.
