Vickie's best feature is that she is very honest from the start. She won't lie to you just to get you to sell your house, she will tell you what it is worth and also tell you if she doesn't think your expectations are realistic. I was renting my property with YPA and was really happy with them since day 1. Selling with YPA only made sense and once I spoke to Vickie, I had faith that she had my best interest and also trusted her. She never tried to force me to accept an offer just for the sake of selling it. Once we got a offer I was happy with she then explained to me the process and we got it sorted.
