Selling our property from interstate it was important to keep in contact with our agent and have trust in them to act in our best interest. Andrew remained in constant contact and despite three hour time differences would be on the phone to us well outside business hours . After deciding to start a new chapter in our lives and make a sea change, we rang Andrew from YPA. He had come cold calling through the neighbourhood approx 8 months earlier (this showed ambition and drive that I have never seen from other local agents). Andrew was a pleasure to speak to and his advice, and his market knowledge was impressive. We decided to get the house ready to put on the market but within 24 hours he had two people through and 23 hours after that negotiated the price we wanted. Wow! I was in shock. I Have sold several houses in the past but never that quick and easy. The whole process was seemless and easy with minimal fuss. A bit emotional saying good buy to our family home of four years but very pleased with the result and hard work Andrew and the team put in. The follow up service was fantastic. I first met Andrew on 03-Dec-2016 in an open house of the property that will eventually become our new home. As he looks very young to be an agent, I thought he was just an associate but then as soon as I ask questions regarding the property he presented it very well. He was very efficient and straight forward. I had a very good experience with him from the start and my queries were answered - SPOT ON. He is very easy to deal with and very helpful in presenting my offer to the vendor.
