Andrew communicated with us throughout the process and even called to apologise when he got stuck in a meeting and couldn't see us in person. On this occasion he organised for a colleague to meet with us. He was honest with us at all times which is a very rare trait in the real estate business. We appreciated this quality the most. We found Andrew to be a very honest and determined agent. We met several times prior to actually signing Andrew and his team, he was more excited about selling our house, than any other agent we considered. He's the agent that never sleeps or switches off!! He would contact us with updates on the local market and feedback prior to even signing him up. We knew from the get go that Andrew would work as hard as he could to achieve a great result for us! Andrew is also very proud of the Agency that he works for and I can see great things in the future for this young and very ambitious agent. Menka showed me loads of properties while I was looking as houses/townhouses. She really understood the things that were important to me i.e lots of natural light, room to move, well maintained and only showed properties that met my criteria.
