We decided that YPA Meadow Heights were our best bet in terms of patience, listening and keeping us consulted. Melissa is incredible. She was never impatient, always listened and then kept in regular contact. She knew her stuff too- isn’t it rare to hear someone say “I’m not sure, but I’ll find out for you” and then ACTUALLY follow through. I was a reluctant purchaser, it was a two year odyssey, then we found our dream home. It’s an old saying : ‘going the extra mile’ but it describes Melissa. We had been variances of dismissal, disinterest and pestering from many agents, but not Melissa. Her enthusiasm and professionalism were exceptional. An honest middle person.
