Responsive and helpful
Doing a great job of looking after my rental property. Always quick to respond to any questions I have. Provided assistance when tenant was uncooperative and VCAT intervention was required. Went above and beyond providing information when processing an insurance claim

Made it so easy
Courtney and Julie made everything so easy. They have always responded promptly to all requests and have always been on hand. Their efforts have made our first tenancy so easy, especially with a newborn and a global pandemic. We cannot thank them both and the YPA Melton team enough :)

Great People, Great Service
YPA Estate Agents Melton is a very good, professional and friendly business to work with when thinking of property management. From Julie to Courtney to the lady at the front desk (from my only visit to their office), they are very easy to work with and talk to. Based on my ongoing experience of working with them, I can say that they know the business, they know the area, and they always give you their time and attention, and accommodate your needs.... It's only the start of tenancy of my very first investment property, but I have no doubts about their safe and responsible management of my property. So far, I'm satisfied with working with YPA Estate Agents Melton. 👍
