I chose YPA because one day Patrick was driving past and saw we were removing rubbish from the property, he stopped and asked were we selling? I thought.. If he shows that kind of initiative he going to be the agent for me. (And ive sold 4 houses around Sunbury). Patrick predicted how my sale would play out .....and thats exactly what happened. It seems he knows his stuff 😉 I found Patrick to be honest and upfront, 2 qualities i admire. The whole team were professional and a pleasure to work with getting my house sold fairly quickly in an ever declining market. Id recommend them to anyone.
