Firstly, Joe Albioli took time to explain how the selling process would go and what we needed to do. When the house was on the market, he constantly updated us, which was re-assuring since we were out of state. He was happy for us to contact him at any time for clarifications on anything. We are very happy and thankful to Joe and hopefully we will work with him again. We will recommend our friends in the area to see Joe when buying/selling. We sincerely thank Joe and YPA.
