We recently sold two properties through Sam and are absolutely thrilled with the results. Sam was exceptional throughout both campaigns, highly professional, knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions. Sam also acted as auctioneer for both properties and did a fantastic job on the day. His energy, confidence and ability to engage the crowd was excellent. We highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for an experienced agent and skilled auctioneer.

Sam's knowledge, dedication to the process and professionalism were major considerations in choosing Sam to sell our property. The result he obtained for us was outstanding and a result of the hard work Sam and his prodigy Gavin were willing to expend to get the property sold for the best possible price.

Gavin's knowledge of the market locally is outstanding. He was with us for the whole journey, from before we listed right up and past the sale date. Always professional, he gave of his time to assist us in preparing the sale to a standard where the sale price exceeded our expectations. He walked us through the sales process with tact and his advice proved absolutely "spot on" at all times.

Robert and I are very happy with Monique. We couldn't have asked any more of Monique. From the very beginning we saw how dedicated she was from arriving around 6am to hang the flag and stick the viewing times on the board to always keeping us updated as well as being so patient with our many questions. She is an asset to YPA, a definite keeper. We would whole heartedly recommend Monique and YPA to anyone wishing to sell their home. Thanks Monique

Robert and I are very happy with Eddi and would definitely recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their home. We found him to be extremely approachable at all times, he kept us updated and made the whole process as stress free as possible. As Robert repeatedly said "Eddi is a top bloke". Even after the sale of our home, Eddi gave as advice when we asked for his opinion on the new home we were interested in. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for Eddi, he always gave that little bit extra.

My partner and I had a great experience with Monique. Everything was quick, good and honest, which it hard to find from real state agents, I reckon. Thanks Monique.
