Martin is very friendly, helpful. All questions or enquiries were solved promptly. Although there was a conflict in the initial information of deposit of 5% & 10%, however it was still acceptable as it was the vendor's opinion. Trust it should not be a big issue compare to what Martin has been trying to help both parties. Overall satisfied!
