YPA have made it easy to get settled into my rental. The YPA connect function was very helpful in setting up required services. One thing I’d like to note is that the condition report was unavailable on the move in date despite there being communication that it would be ready on that date. I was able to receive it the next day but it would have been more helpful to have received it when specified. In saying that they have been very helpful in communicating with the landlord about maintenance and general enquires. I would recommend YPA to rent with.
