I have been a customer of YPA Sydenham via rentals for 0ver 6yrs across 3 properties and now my forth. They are not only friendly, supportive but go above and beyond. Previously home 2yrs ago l had kitchen roof cave in during major storm. They were with me immediately and helped sort all the trades out immediately. Amy we have built a friendship and these days you just dont find that type of service. Alyssa this time around has also been amazing accommodating our quick rental requirements. Thank you so much to YPA Sydenham, seriously cannot fault them!!
