I have been a customer of YPA Sydenham via rentals for 0ver 6yrs across 3 properties and now my forth. They are not only friendly, supportive but go above and beyond. Previously home 2yrs ago l had kitchen roof cave in during major storm. They were with me immediately and helped sort all the trades out immediately. Amy we have built a friendship and these days you just dont find that type of service. Alyssa this time around has also been amazing accommodating our quick rental requirements.
