My experience with YPA Wyndham city has been nothing less of outstanding right from the beginning. My property manager is Cassandra who is extremely organised, communicates exceptionally well and responds so quickly, is very productive and acts immediately to any issues that arise for my property. Cassandra puts a great deal of time and effort into looking after my property and treats my property with such care like it were her own, she is amazing!! My recent experience with obtaining new tenants was pleasant and not stressful at all. Ali organised the inspections and worked really hard to find the best suited tenants for me and found out as much information about the tenants as she could during the inspection as if she was looking for tenants for her own property. Ali went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the new tenants and made the right decision. I am very grateful to Cassandra, Ali and YPA Wyndham city for looking after my property so well that I feel no stress and at ease knowing it is in such great hands. Thank you!!!!!

We moved into our rented property two months ago and we've had a very good experience with ypa so far. Stephanie, our Property Manager has been very helpful and friendly. Their office is easy to locate and has more than ample parking so this was a plus too.

I had an awesome experience dealing with Ali to get into my rental home at 19B Eleanor. Ali was very polite, professional, well presented and punctual. Answered all questions and made communication very easy. I was in need of a rental urgently and Ali went out of her way to gain approval within 24 hours once notified of this. Very impressed.
