Ann is a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent who has enjoyed great success in the industry prior to, and since relocating to the Sunshine Coast in 2009; achieving record prices for clients throughout the Coast and Hinterland. Originally from the UK Ann moved to Australia when she was 10 and grew up in Perth before eventually relocating to Queensland living in Airlie Beach prior to moving to Buderim. With a background in nursing and executive management in the health care sector, Ann had a history of dealing with people from all walks of life, and also negotiating with various parties to achieve desired outcomes, long before she commenced her career in the property industry. With a passion for interior design, renovating and styling, Ann has a sharp eye for detail and uses her creative flair to assist her clients to present their property in the most appealing manner, as part of the process to attract prospective buyers and ultimately to secure the optimum price. I strongly believe, and have the evidence to prove, that polished presentation is a key factor in a successful outcome; it’s not about spending thousands of dollars…it can be the little things that often get overlooked that can make a surprising difference to overall appeal. When not working Ann enjoys spending time with her husband Stuart exploring the wonders of this beautiful region, cruising the countryside on her motorbike and spoiling their 2 Portuguese Water Dogs.
