Where do I start with Manny (Manav) Manav kept calling my phone, leaving messages and following up when I first inquired on one of his listings. I am in the sales industry and seeing this from Manav I had no option but to take his call and booked a private viewing which was all flexible to my schedule and I thought this was outstanding. Manavs outstanding knowledge of the Real estate market especially in the Northern Melbourne area was second to none. He gave us outstanding general advice and there was no pressure from him. We asked him every question under the sun which he answered with integrity putting aside trying to sell us the home. What else sets Manav apart is his outstanding communication and understanding of our busy schedule. He even came to open the house on a Sunday where he was in the middle of his days off although we told him it’s ok please spend time with his family he kept insisting he will meet with us and answer any questions or concerns, this was honestly a man that loves his job and really passionate about real estate.
