After the first viewing we had multiple offers that exceeded my expectations and the house was sold for one of these which allowed us the opportunity to move in to our dream home and location. Vasco and lorraines passion, skill, professionalism (not forgetting Vasco’s jokes) really shone through throughout the process but above all their honesty was something my husband and I valued and we are so grateful to Vasco and Lorraine for making the process as smooth and stress free as possible. The experience of selling my Medina home with Vasco and Nest Realty was really professional and problem free from start to finish. Both Vasco and Lorainne helped at every moment from suggestions on improvements I was making to the property renovating before it was ready to sell to totally taking the stress out of the sales process at the end. The property looked great and their advertising, marketing and market strategy showed it in its best light to the most potential buyers achieving a sales price over and above what I expected. The extensive network of local buyers and east coast investors that these guys have also seems to help bring this higher than expected sales price. This is all aided by a high level of online exposure and clever marketing that means buyers understand the need to give their best offers quickly or risk missing out. I would thoroughly recommend selling through Nest Realty. Over many years I have sold four homes through Vasco and when the time comes to downsizing I will certainly be using Vasco and Nest Realty again.

Lorraine and her team had been managing my property for just over 4 years. They were very good in securing a good tenant, conducting proper due diligence and advising the correct to pick one. She ensured the landlord's interest was well maintained while being fair to tenants. Always available for communication or responsive in reasonable time when left a message.
