Outstanding Auction Sale!!!
We chose Vasco Horta from a list of several agents that we interviewed to sell our families property in Bicton. His approach to marketing and selling the family home was new and innovative and the inquiries and interest was astounding. The amount of effort that Vasco put into this sale was truly heroic due to the number of phone and email responses. The online auction was absolutely heart stopping with a resultant sale price that beat all our exceptions by a country mile. I can say that Vasco put in a tremendous effort and really earned his commission working for us. My wife and I have no hesitation what-so-ever is recommending Vasco Horta to any prospective clients. We chose Lorraine Dove to sell our property as we knew her from when we purchased this property some 5 years earlier. Lorraine was informative, proactive and definitely a communicator, something I liked as we are in NSW and needed to be kept up to date. If she said she was going to do something it was done very quickly. Lorraine went over & above for us & it was greatly appreciated. Most Amazing Human Ever
Lorraine was honestly so amazing, thoughout the whole process. The second i put in an offer to literally today, when I walked into my brand new house so see her lovely card and flowers. She has been by my side the whole grueling process. I am quiet happy to never do this again, but if I do i will definitely go back to Lorraine.

Great service and communication!
I needed to rent out my property and Vasco was very efficient and got a tenant in quickly at a reasonable rate. His experience and instinct ensured the tenant was reliable. When I needed to sell the property quickly Vasco's unique approach got the property sold within two weeks during a market downtime, at a price greater than expected. Definitely reduced the stress of selling.

In an industry where its hard to trust agents, Vasco has made this process seamless, he was always honest and upfront in all our dealings.
