These guys seem pretty good.
Pretty quick to respond usually and things around the property seem to get done pretty quickly for the most part. No complaints...

Poor communication
There is no response from them for our queries. We have been emailing and messaging them but no response yet. We messaged stating we will do if you don’t have any problem. But no reply to that also. Very poor in communication. I wish they respond to their clients.

Great experience!
I've had a great experience with Zevesto Property Group over the past two years managing my property in Waterford. The team has been professional, responsive and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. They've taken great care of the property, kept me informed and made the property management feel simple and stress free. I would happily recommend Zevesto Property Group to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property management team.

Exceptional property management
Sharon has been exceptional when it comes to managing our property. From managing recent repairs, dealing with a number of issues and storm damage, Sharon has always been a great communicator and willing to sort out any issue. I could not rate her professionalism higher! Always helpful, and responsive, we are grateful to have such a great property manager to manage our property for us when we are interstate. Thank you also to the leasing team for finding an appropriate tenant quickly too!
