Re-Letting the property to a new tenant
From the previous tenant vacating the property, through fixing issues necessary to re-let the property and present well to prospective new tenants, the Zevesto team were brilliant. Excellent communication kept me informed along the way and arranged for anything that was necessary to be completed. They also arranged multiple inspections of the property for inspections, and made sure that everything was well presented at each inspection. New tenants moved in a short time ago and a number of things unexpectedly failed or needed attention. Again, Zevesto were onto it straight away and engaged contractors to fix things as necessary. I'm really happy with their customer focussed approach to business (both for the Landlord and the Tenant) and they have managed the property for many years now.
