Reliable agent that delivers!

Rachael has a deep knowledge of the property market that was essential in giving us the best advice for selling our property. Rachael was able to give us evidence based information and sales of the area which was extremely helpful. Her friendly and personable approach made us feel at ease and gave us the confidence we needed to place our property in her hands. She made us feel like we were her number one priority. She kept us up to date after every open house which she went above and beyond by holding a twilight open house for those people who couldn't make day time viewings. She listened to the feedback from prospective buyers with their inquiries and did something about it. Rachael was able to achieve the best result for us in a short amount of time. Because she had given us good and accurate advice, we were able to confidently accept the offer. Rachael takes the time to get to know both the seller and the buyer which makes for the perfect match. Great service (and we weren’t even her paying clients)!

We bought a house which Rachael was marketing. Although she was acting for the seller (and never stepped out of that role), we felt supported all the way through the buying process. Rachael is a genuine person and has great communication. When we took ownership of the property, we were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the house. Although there is no legal requirement for the seller to clean a property, Rachael wanted us to have a good experience from start to end and insisted on paying for a clean herself. She made the arrangements and attended with the cleaner so that she was sure the clean would be as needed. We are very grateful for this and would definitely recommend Rachael to anyone looking to sell their property (or buy a property in the area).
